First Onsite Property Restoration has opened a new operations branch in Trois-Rivières, Que.

Trois-Rivières is the next step in the company’s expansion plans. Already the largest full service commercial and residential restoration provider in the province, the new branch joins First Onsite’s flagship Montréal/Dorval branch, its Quebec City and Gatineau branches, and its branch in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, Que., serving the Laurentians. The branch will serve the restoration, remediation and reconstruction needs of both existing and new customers in the Trois-Rivières and Shawinigan regions.

“Trois-Rivières and Shawinigan have strong manufacturing, transportation and logistics industries, bolstered by tourism and an emerging hospitality sector that can benefit from having a restoration provider with our experience,” said Barry J. Ross, executive vice-president, First Onsite Property Restoration. “The new office allows our team to be closer to many of our commercial and residential customers and insurance partners. We have already carried out major recovery and restoration work in the region and it’s a market that First Onsite knows well. We look forward to continuing to provide best-in-class restoration services to our customers.”

This new branch is supported by Martin Kack, operations manager, Eastern Quebec, an experienced professional with decades of restoration experience. Over the years, Martin Kack has been actively developing his skills at all levels as operations manager, business development director, senior manager of emergency and construction projects, senior estimator, and mentor to his teams.

“Martin brings a wealth of experience that will be instrumental to the success of our new First Onsite Trois-Rivières location. With his deep understanding of the industry, we are well poised to meet the growing demand for our restoration services, and we look forward to building lasting relationships with our valued clients in the region,” said Ross.

First Onsite will be hosting an open house and official inauguration of the new building on Oct. 19 for clients, media, and other distinguished guests.
