Yellowknife publishes emergency evacuation framework

The City of Yellowknife has published an emergency evacuation framework to summarize key information for residents in the event of a tactical or strategic evacuation.

The document, published last month, lists the types of evacuations, a three stage evacuation process, as well as supports for vulnerable people.
